    As a Software Engineer for Document Solutions Group you will work with the web application development team in the design of complete EDC e-Commerce software solutions. Work will involve leading edge Internet technologies in a dynamic, challenging environment.

  • Test and debug new and existing code and write technical documents.

    EDC Project Coordinator

    As an EDC Project Coordinator for DSG, a Clinical Software and Services provider of technologies for the pharmaceutical industry, you will work closely with the DSG eCaseLink Project Managers.

    Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinate and set up project meetings including internal, client status meetings, and project related presentations
  • Coordinate and schedule conference calls
  • Prepare and distribute agendas for project team and client status meetings
  • Roll-call and meeting minutes for project team and client status meetings
  • Coordinate project correspondence and distribution of project email
  • Tracking and maintaining project timelines
  • Tracking and maintaining System Service Requests (SSR)
  • Entering eCRF Layouts into ProBuild
  • PM review of project eCRFs designed by DSG design group
  • Perform basic PM review (standard system functionality, redundant pages, etc.)
  • Execute project page moves
  • Maintain project page workbooks
  • Maintain project specific production Primary Monitor and Primary Site Users assignments, when necessary
  • Complete project specific weekly checklists

  • Maintain project binders (SSR, Training, Protocol, Functional Specifications) and administrative files

    The Quality Control Associate is responsible for working directly with the eCaseLink system, verifying functionality of case report forms.

    PC Support Technicians

    Responsibilities:
  • Installation/configuration/test/maintenance of new PC hardware and software as needed
