Business Analyst
As the Business Analyst at DSG, Inc. a clinical software and services provider of technologies for the pharmaceutical industry, a successful candidate will be responsible for writing functional specification documents for stakeholders. This individual will be ‘hands on’, demonstrate superior customer service, requirements writing knowledge and skills, and high attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Work with the customer to elicit requirements
- Work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze, communicate, and validate business requirements and processes
- Assist in development of documentation that aligns with Software Development Life-cycle
- Provide clear and concise requirements documentation to include business, functional, and non-functional requirements
- Facilitate and manage requirements review sessions

EDC Project Manager
As an eCaseLink Project Manager for DSG, a Clinical Software and Services provider of Technologies for the Pharmaceutical industry, you will act as a liaison with Clinical Project Managers and Data Managers at top pharmaceutical companies, to project manage the implementation and support of clinical data using eCaseLink™, DSG’s electronic data capture software. Project Managers with less than 4 years experience will be considered edc Project Coordinators.
Job responsibilities include:
- Liaison with the sponsor organization and its vendors to ensure that DSG meets the client’s requirements.
- Organize and run project eCaseLink implementation meetings.
- Gather data requirements for the clinical project, based on the protocol and client requirements.
- Attend meetings with the client at the client site.
- Create the EDC screens, database design, and validation specification that outlines data field requirements and appropriate edits.
- Create client customized specifications.
- Verify functionality to be included in eCaseLink.
- Use DSG’s proprietary software (eCaseLink)

Marketing Associate
The Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting the V.P. of Sales and Marketing and Director-Business Development in the day-to-day marketing efforts.
Job Duties:
- Assists in evaluation of customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
- Coordinates writing and distribution of press releases.
- Assists in development and maintenance of marketing materials and management of contact database.
- Coordinates corporate website maintenance.
- Tracks and communicates sales leads.
- Coordinates development, planning and implementation of promotional programs to publicize and promote various activities, events and/or items.

Print Project Coordinator
Location: Oaks, PA.
Job summary: The Project Coordinator is responsible for interpreting and verifying the customer's needs and preparing that information in the form of a job order for use by the Printing Technician.
Key responsibilities include:
- Attends meetings with the customer at the customer site.
- Verifies materials to be used, layout and design of print job.
- Coordinates production schedules and delivery timeframes.
- May suggest alterations or design changes to the customer as necessary. Once the document is received by the Project Coordinator.
- Reviews the electronic files and converts the formats as necessary.
- Utilizes the Caselink software to establish the order, set up the parameters for printing and provide the system with all production instructions and details.
- Responsible for design, layout and proofing the copy prior to production.
- Responsible for sending the customer a proof sample for approval prior to the processing of the whole order.
- Assists with printing, binding and assembly duties as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Two or more years’ experience in a high volume copy or print shop.

Project Manager - IWRS
As an IWR Project Manager for DSG, a Clinical Software and Services provider of Technologies for the Pharmaceutical industry, you will act as a liaison with Clinical Project Managers and Data Managers at top pharmaceutical companies. The core responsibility is the project management of the IWR system implementation and support throughout the life of the clinical trial.
Job responsibilities include:
- Act as a liaison with the sponsor organization, drug manufacturer, drug depot and site personnel to ensure that DSG meets the trial’s requirements.
- Design the IWR System user requirements specifications during the system development process.
- Review clinical protocols and liaise with clients to successfully develop an efficient IWR system to conduct clinical drug supply.
- Run project kick off meetings and participate in system design meetings.
- Provide overall operation management of current IWRS projects.
- Manage the implementation and support of multiple projects simultaneously.

Senior Software Engineer
As a Senior Software Engineer for DSG, a Clinical Software and Services provider of technologies for the pharmaceutical industry, you will have expertise in web based development, C# code development, and SQL Server back-end, with opportunity to gather project requirements and communicate these to other team members. Work will involve leading edge Internet technologies, ASP.NET and C#, in a dynamic, challenging environment. The individual for this position will also oversee the following processes.
Coding Language Expertise
- Asp.net C# - Expertise level of experience and understanding.
- Asp.net C# - primary language used
- SQL Server & Classic ASP experience.
UI (front end), Middle Tier and Back-end
- Experience with Grids / Repeaters controls & AJAX, and Reporting Tools
- Work with SQL database design and development expertise in ASP.NET and C#
